Inspection and test personnel will be qualified to perform the specific inspections based on experience, training and validation or certification tests where specified. The qualifications for all inspection personnel will be documented, maintained, and available for review. Personnel other than those performing the work under examination will perform inspections and tests.
Inspections and tests will be planned in order to maintain overall project scheduling. Inspection and test activities will be supported by applicable written inspection and test procedures, which proved.

• Scheduling and coordination
• Inspections at the vendor
• Receiving inspections
• Inspection during fabrication
• Final inspection prior to Company acceptance
• Criteria for acceptance and rejection
• Operations required to perform inspection
• Special equipment, material and personnel requirements
• Data recording and evaluation requirements
• Special handling instructions
• Provisions for recording data and listing personnel performing inspections
• Adequate documentation system to record inspection reports.
Inspection reports will be maintained throughout the project. These records will be in sufficient detail to provide a means to verify the performance and acceptability of materials, components, assemblies and construction.
The contract document requires inspection, testing and evaluation system, which will assure that supplies, services, pigging operations included in the Work complies with all Standards, specifications and the contract documents. CHE and subcontractors will make surveillance, witness tests and perform audits of inspections, test and evaluation/document records.
Controlled, written procedures will be developed, implemented and maintained for the required inspections, testing reporting and records. These procedures will conform to the requirements set forth in applicable Company Standards and in the Contract documents.
